It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dora Jean Duncan of Powhatan Point, Ohio, born in Bellaire, Ohio, who passed away on January 8, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Wiles and Luella Wiles (Green); her husband Donald Duncan; and her brothers, George and Arnold Wiles.
She is survived by: her children, Kenny Duncan (Shirley) of Bridgeport, Deneen Thomas (Dave) of Texas and Christa Bannan (Raymond) of St. Clairsville; and her grandchildren, Tabatha, Joshua, Philip, Tierany, D. J., Sidda and Isaiah. She is also survived by three Great Grandchildren.
