He is survived by: his wife Shirley Baker of Powhatan, OH; his children, Haley Baker of Powhatan, Lacey Baker (Kevin) of Powhatan and Kevin Baker of New Martinville, WV.; and his siblings, Terry Baker, Jackie Potts, Amy Gray and Geraldine Richmond.
