He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Kotur (Straka) and Larry Kotur Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Kotur (Sadlowski); his daughter Kelly Kotur (Zachary Zilai) of St. Clairsville, OH; his sister Linda Mossgrove of Weirton, WV; and his pets, Gunther, Selfridge, Lucky and Roxy.
