She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephan Sr. Kapak and Susie Kapak (Ponchak); her husband Henry Jay Stanley; her siblings, John Kapak, Steve Kapak, Ann Dowler and Sue Bayham; and her nephew Bill Dowler.
She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Franklin Stanley of West Liberty, WV and Mary Belle Smith of Canton, OH; and her sibling's children, Paula Spence of Cambridge and Edward Kapak of Powhatan Point.
