It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Nelson (Prospect, Ohio), born in Ashtabula, Ohio, who passed away on January 2, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Nelson and Blanche Nelson; his wife Marilyn Westover; and his sister Charlotte Dewey. He is survived by : his children, Linda Laird (David), Gary W. Nelson and Bruce D. Nelson (Anna); his grandchildren, Gary R. Nelson (Sandi), Tiffanie Nelson (Darko), Deon Heasley, Jason Heasley and Tara Heasley; his great grandchild Alana Marie Kelemen; his niece Carol Sage (Lee); and his nephew David Dewey (Cathy).

Due to the current COVID crisis, no memorial or services will be held at this time.
