He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Elliott-Weaver and Howard Elliott; his siblings, Julia, Howard, Harry, Henry, Anna and Diane; and his mother-in-law Rosanna Manley.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine "Cathy" Elliott; his children, Catherine "Mandy" Morris (Daniel), Harold "Frankie" Elliott (Baylee), Shauna See (Andrew) and Rachel Wamsley (Johnnie); his grandchildren, Cody Morris (Amanda), Ashley Tomes (Caleb), Haidyn Elliott, Benjamin Wamsley, Vail See, Theodore Wamsley and Holden Elliott; his great grandchildren, Marie, Meila Morris, Serenity and Soren Tomes; his siblings, Herman "Dickie" Elliott, Herbert "Herb" Elliott (Marcia), Kathy Stewart and Thelma "Susie" Pearson; and his sister-in-law Alice May. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home (264 S 2nd Ave, Middleport, OH 45760). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
