He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Kester and Louella Kester (Morgan); his children, Paul Kester, Clifford Kester, Carol Ann Kester and Michelle Kester; and his siblings, Kathy Nelson, Jean Klienert, Penny Kester and Jimmy Kester.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Kester (Aliff); his children, Jodi Lawson (Mike) of Beaver, Bryant Kester of Windham, Ricky Kester of Warren, Cassie Kester of Warren, Lisa Waldron (Jason) of Newton Falls, Laurel Kester of Windham and Barbara Kester of Ravenna; and his siblings, Susie Thompson (Ron) of Windham, Sandy Rhorman of Fowler, Betty Kester of Windham, Linda Gaff of Champion and Kenny Kester (Cindy) of Vienna. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren.
