He is survived by: his wife Judith Dusek (Hawley); his sisters, Susan Brewster, Linda Crock and Shiela Hawkins; and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Pontius, Norma Magley and Bob Magley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
