She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald. She is survived by: her children, Mitchell Smith (Helen), Steven Smith (Adela), Timothy Smith (Ruth), Brian Smith (Charlotte) and Kimberle Chechak. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
