He is survived by: his wife Ashlee; his son Gavin; his mother Rhonda Mangello (Joe); his father-in-law Allen Crislip; his grandmother Velda Stalnaker; his siblings, Nathan White, Terry White and Autumn Gissinger (Artie); his siblings' children, Brook, Matthew (Mason White), Aubrey (Aaron Gissinger), Connor, Kaylee and Devon (Cameron); and his close friend Ron Hurlbut.
