It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Upshaw of Ravenna, Ohio, born in Columbus, Georgia, who passed away on February 4, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Evans and Mary Bell Evans (Colbert); and her son Mark Lee Upshaw (Frank Fields). She is survived by: her children, Donald Upshaw, Cynthia Upshaw-Jones (Alfred) and Sylvester Upshaw; and her grandchildren, Ashley, Donnell, Sylvester, Jr. and Xavier. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
