He is survived by: his spouse Phyllis E. Hughes; his grandchildren, Heather Price (Brook), Joshua Prosser, Samantha Davis (Chad) and Charlie Allen; his great grandchild Addison Prosser; and his brother Roger Allen of Ravenna.
