He is survived by: his wife Lois (Damron); his siblings, Jim Pahls, John Pahls, Richard Pahls (Ingrid), David Pahls (Liz), Mark Pahls (Ruby), Steve Pahls (Vickie), Ron Pahls (Connie), Gloria Tinlin (Thomas) and Cynthia Miller; his siblings-in-law, Suzanne Pahls (Tom Baker), Anita Pahls (Dave Kandel), Trish Bretz, Sandra Yost (Gary), Vanessa Wiland (Edwin) and Miles Damron (Dawna); and his father William. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
