He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Neal and Vada Neal (Dooley); his former wife Rosa; his stepchildren, Linda Renner and John M. Ward; and his siblings, Emery, Ernest, Roy, Calvin, Ralph, Jamie, Ruby and Frances.
He is survived by: his wife Corinne Neal; his son Stephen Neal; his granddaughters, Sarah and Jessica Neal of California; his stepchildren, Cindy Hubbard (Rick), Jennifer Ward and Matt Ward; his grandchildren, Keri Roosa, Kyle McDaniel, Joline Gadoua (Joe) and Kaleb Renner; and his great grandchildren, Dakota, Kiley, Derek, Danika, Deagan and Collin.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorials to the Rootstown Fire Department EMT's.
