He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Thomas and Elsie Daugherty (Overfield); his wife Louise Trader; his sister Aggie Saffle; his children, Steve Daugherty (Sherry) of Philippi, WV, Deb Ferrell of Kent, Diana Fields (Mike) of Ravenna, Sheila McCoy (Jamie) of Wheeling, WV and Jeff Daugherty (Loretta) of Ravenna; and his siblings, Shirley Shockey (Lloyd), James Daugherty, Bill Daugherty (Wilma), Ernie Daugherty (Barb), Mae Foreman (Sonny), Henry Daugherty (Sheila), Johnny Daugherty and Tressie Tuttle. He was also cherished by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
