He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mary, William Cook, Emma and Kenton DeLuke; and his uncle Jeffrey DeLuke.
He is survived by: his parents, Barbara Hyle and Dale Cook; his foster father Andy Krcmar; his stepfather Jim Hyle; his sister Tina; his brother-in-law Jerry Boatner; his nephew Bryant Boatner; and his uncle Mike DeLuke. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
