It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Evelyn Phoenix (Ravenna, Ohio), born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 13, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Walz and Eva Walz (Trudell); her husband Henry Phoenix; and her brother Harold Walz. She is survived by: her children, Debra Cameron (Bob), Donna LaPanne (Ricky), Linda Shimeld (Keith), Craig Phoenix Nancy Ebie (Bill) and Wendy Mickey (Robert). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and one great great grandson.

Due to the COVID-19 virus, private family services are being held.
