It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary R. Varner (Ravenna, Ohio), born in Elton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 30, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Algie Varner and Esther Varner (Rager); and his daughter Melissa. He is survived by: his children, Randy Varner (Carrie), Cheryl Sulkowski (Steve) and Doug Varner; his grandchildren, Dale Szydlowski (Jessica), Frank Szydolowski (Jessica), Christy Pitts (Troy), Joseph Drotos and Cameron Piros (Travis); his siblings, Dennis Varner (Judy), Sally Kegg (Jim) and Leonora Wissinger; and his nephews, Ricky, Denny, Ronnie, Craig, Bruce, Brian, Mark and Allen. He is also survived by his loving great-grandchildren.
