She was predeceased by: her parents, John Greenberry Statler and Edna Florence Statler (Roupe); her husband James; her siblings, Irene Phillips, Helen Statler, Loretta Willis, Betty Folkens, Hubert and Virgil Statler; and her siblings-in-law, Bill Walters, David Folkens, Dan Phillips, Catherine and Martha Statler.
She is survived by: her son Dewayne; her daughter-in-law Gayle Brand of Wickliffe, OH; her siblings, Mary Walters, Jane, Bill Mooney of Vermilion, OH, Robert, Ruth Statler of Aliquippa, PA, Kenneth, Richard and Marg Statler of Amherst, OH; her brother-in-law Rolley Willis of Danville, VA; her grandchildren, Jacklyn and Jeremy; and her great grandchildren, Adalynn and Madalynn.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that all donations please be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America 322 Eighth Ave. 16th Floor New York, NY 10001 in memory of Hazel K. Brand.
