He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Crockett and Grace L. Hunt Crockett; his daughters, Glenda Carrigo and Kimberly Cook; his siblings, Gertie Crockett Blankenship, Franklin Crockett and Virle Crockett; and his pet JoJo.
He is survived by: his former wife Dolly Baldwin Crockett of Louisville Ohio; his daughters, Melinda Taugner (Bill) of Wesley Chapel and Delinda Herman (Don) of Green, Ohio; his brother Robert Crockett (Joyce); and his sister-in-law Faye Crockett of Tazewell, Virginia. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.
