He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Meduri and Carmella Meduri (Simone); his wife Marilyn Meduri; and his brothers, Joseph and Francis Meduri.

He is survived by: his children, Jim Meduri, Jr. of Ravenna and Beth Maccarone (Dan) of Kent; his grandchildren, Theodore and Samantha Maccarone; and his siblings, Pete Meduri of Kent, Paul Meduri of Ravenna and Anna Courneya of Auburn, Washington..
