He was predeceased by: his wife Peg; and his siblings, George, Olive Hazel and Mary Hazel. He is survived by: his sister Velma Monroe of Pennsylvania; his children, Jim Rumsey (Sandy), Diane Rumsey, Randy Rumsey (Pam), Budd Rumsey (Lynne) and Sonny Rumsey (Linda); his grandchildren, Mike Rumsey (Meghann), Teresa Crull (Chris), Jeffrey Rumsey, David Rumsey (Wendy), Kyle Martin (Steven) and Samantha Rumsey; and his great grandchildren, Ollie, Maggie, Colt, Hannah and Bowie.
