He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Rogers and Martha Rogers (O'Neil); and his siblings, Jimmy, Jack and Carolyn Elder.
He is survived by: his wife Debora (Kent); his children, Jerry Rogers (Mindy), Jason Rogers (Ann), Julia Smerkar (Ryan) and Robert Rogers (Brittany); his grandchildren, Zachary, Gwendolyn, Elissa, Madelyn and Benjamin; and his sister Lee Weekly.
