He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Durbin and Mildred I. Durbin; and his brothers, Gary Lee Walker and Roger Durbin. He is survived by: his wife Maria Durbin; his children, John Durbin, Jr., Theresa Jordan, Robert Durbin, Adam Durbin, Jason Burt and Russell Dailey; his sister Patricia Louise Formick (Carl); and his sibling's children, Denise Formick Sheridan (Rick), Danielle Lyn Hunter and Mike Formick (Kerry). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
