With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine A. Polichena of Ravenna, Ohio, who passed away on December 17, 2021 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Favazzo and Mary Favazzo (Gregoli); her husband Joseph; her son Jeffery; and her sisters, Carmella Wiczen, Bessie Anthony and Mary Pinion.
She is survived by: her daughter Jody Sova (John "Mick"); and her grandchildren, J. J. Polichena (Mikell Riddle), Lissa Reedy (Tim), Katrina Peyton (Dan), Carrie Reedy (Brian), Erin Bozan (Karoly) and David Sova (Sarah Ulam). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, family requests any donations to go to Immaculate Conception Church or Charity of your choice.
