She is survived by: her mother Carol Madorsky (Yudelevitz); her children, Jaime Whitfield (Jeff), Chris Madorsky (Kellie) and Ian Bosher (Crysania); her siblings, Stephen Madorsky (Peggy) and Beth Madorsky; her grandchildren, Addison, Ryan, Cara, Johnny, Drake, Joseph and Bailee; and her nieces, Melanie Madorsky, Rachel Molyneux (Josh) and Amy Pledger (Wes).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
