We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2020, at the age of 72, Leonard Houtz Jr. (Ravenna, Ohio), born in Providence, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard P. and Rita H. Houtz, Sr. (Canning); and his brother Kevin Houtz. He is survived by: his wife Sandra L. Houtz (Smith); his daughter Jessica M. Houtz of Cuyahoga Falls; and his sister Catherine Houtz of New Jersey.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve.
