She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Simshauser and Jessie Simshauser (Kapps); and her brother Elvin Simshauser. She is survived by: her husband Steven Moskal; her sons, Richard Moskal (Hope) and Todd Moskal (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Abraham Moskal, Quinton Moskal and Celia Moskal; her sisters, Carol Resseger and Marie Rogers; and her close friends, Karen Simons and Kathy Marsh.

In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Portage County APL.
