She was predeceased by: her sons, Frederick of John and Michael; and her siblings, Addie Polk and Nettie B. Berry. She is survived by: her children, Shelby (Evelyn), LaBena Fleming (Michael), Kenneth and Albert; and her grandchildren, Michelle, Sean, Eric, Steven, Michael, Kristina, Kimberly, Marc, Marcilynn, Angela, Emma and Julia.
