She was predeceased by: her father Bernard Prochaska; and her brother Thomas Roberts. She is survived by: her mother Marguerite Prochaska (Noss); her husband Albert "Chip" Ackley, Jr.; her children, Albert Ackley III (Connie), Billy Ackley, David Golubski (Amy), Amanda Ackley, Bryan Golubski (Cheryl), Robyn Dixon (Brandon) and Lori Damicone (Troy); and her brothers, James Roberts and Michael Prochaska (Kristine). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, two great grandchildren, her mother.
