He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ronald (Bill), Helen Reed, Rudolph (Rudy) and Lena Matulka (Marie). He is survived by: his wife Lori; his children, Hali, Erin and Tyler; his stepdaughter Megan; his parents, Mike Matulka and Bonnie Matulka; his siblings, Brian (Christie) and Stephanie; his siblings' children, John and Evelyn; his uncles, Tim, Harold Reed, Danny Kitts and David Matulka; his aunt Connie Reed; and his parents-in-law, Larry and Carma Martin (Barnhart).
