She was predeceased by: her parents, John R Proffitt and Ruby L. Proffitt (Williams); her husband William E. "Bill" Todd; her son Dwayne E. Todd; and her siblings, W. E. "Gene" Proffitt, Juanita "Scotty" Hurst and Ollie Proffitt.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah A. Kiser and John W. Todd; her siblings, Betty Sue Ogle and Rita Dills; and also, Johnny Kiser, Sr., Sandy Smith, Christine Bender, Carol Miller and Anita Kelly. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, great great grandchildren.
