He was predeceased by: his brothers, Kenneth and Charles Mayle. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn E. Mayle (Steed); his daughters, Teresa Vanhorn and Tammy Miller (Bob); his grandchildren, Tracy Vanhorn, Chad Vanhorn and Ashley Vanhorn; his great grandchildren, Elaina Morris, Genesis "Sissy" Coppa and Nathaniel Grove; and his brother Alfred R. Mayle (Ada).
