He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Phelps and Elizabeth Phelps (Spano); and his siblings, Clarence Phelps, Jr. (Wilma), Tom Phelps (Barbara), Patti Phelps, Gloria Coulson (David), John Phelps (Laura), Ronald Phelps (Sheila) and Karen Kaschner (Barry). He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Ravenna, In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Ravenna Assembly of God.
