She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Golgosky and Catherine Golgosky (Lamont); her son George Andrew Kotrick; and her brother Joseph Paul Golgosky II. She is survived by: her husband George Alex Kotrick; her sons, William Kotrick (Linda) of Cuyahoga Falls, OH and Robert Kotrick (Kristine) of Fort Mill, SC; her daughter-in-law Amy Kotrick of Ravenna, OH; her granddaughters, Sara Erb (Kirsten) of Pittsburgh, PA, Meagan Kotrick of Ravenna, OH and Erin Kotrick of Fort Mill, SC; her great grandchild Merritt George Erb of Pittsburgh, PA.; and her siblings, Joan Garro of Hudson, OH, Bill Golgosky of Fork Union, VA and Dennis Golgosky of Ebensburg, PA..
