It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Tannert (Ravenna, Ohio), who passed away on March 19, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard; her son Kenneth "Kim" LeMaster; her sons-in-law, John Vanderlaan and Carl Brown; her granddaughter Kimberly Vanderlaan; and her brothers, Donald and Veldon.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Vanderlaan, Karen Mariana (Mike) and Rick LeMaster (Becky); and her stepchildren, Becky Perkins, Brenda Brown, Brian Tannert and Danyell Tannert. She is also survived by her 25 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and 8 siblings.
The family requests that memorial donations be given to the Ronald McDonald House in her name.
