He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Billiter and Dorothy Marie Billiter (Gusler); and his sisters, Betty Lovejoy and Brenda Billiter. He is survived by: his sisters, Sylvia Warrick (Tim) and Audrey Gaffney (Tom). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
