He was predeceased by: his brothers, Joseph, Rudy and Robert Oliva. He is survived by: his parents, Mike Oliva and Marie Oliva (Hijareda); his wife Dorothy Oliva of Ravenna; and his children, Cathi Fiorentino (Ray) of Ravenna, Cindy Oliva of Cape Coral, David Oliva (Nancy) of Tallmadge, Jeff Oliva (Lisa) of Dripping Springs, TX, Richard Oliva (Amy) of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Shari Fleming (Scott) of Ravenna. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
