He is survived by: his mother Patricia Pfiester; his stepfather Ken Pfiester; his wife Kathy McDaniel; his children, Jeremiah McKnight, Rhiannon McDaniel, Rebekah Garvin and Chloe McDaniel; and his siblings, Christina Jenkins, Debora McDaniel and Ted McCarthy.
