He was predeceased by: his parents, Norval Dolin and Louvetta Dolin (Hatfield); and his siblings, George Adkins, Suzanne Parrish and Joanne Dolin.

He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Ramey (Tommy) of Ravenna, Tina Thompson of West Virginia, David Adkins of West Virginia and Tim Stacy of Ravenna; his daughters, Erica Goff (Todd) of Ravenna and Cheyanne Dolin of Ravenna; his fiancée Nancy Roberts; and his grandsons, Matthew, Andrew and Jacob. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
