He is survived by: his daughters, Darla Dixon (Frank) and Merry Adkins (Justin); his grandchildren, Ashley-Jo, Briana, Ada and Joe; his great grandchildren, Tristan II, Ryan, Chase Jr and Maylynne; and his siblings, Bev Fleshman, Tammy Smith and Ray Kuhns. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
