She was predeceased by: her husband Taylor William Horne (Bill). She is survived by: her parents, Roy Wolford and Rosa Wolford; her children, David Horne, Wanda Devine (Wayne), Barbara Ramicone (Nick) and Connie Horne; and her grandchildren, Troy, Bradley, Eric (Bubba), Jasmine, Jaime and Tony.

In lieu of contributions the family asks you to donate in Shirley's name to any Alzheimer's organization.
