He was predeceased by: his father Carl Andrei. He is survived by: his daughter Marissa Marie Andrei of Ravenna; his mother Carole (Jakubec) of Ravenna; and his siblings, Patti Barnette (Hans) of Ravenna, Doreen Rybczynski of Ravenna and Carl Andrei Jr. of Akron.
