He is survived by: his wife Karen (McConahy); his children, Teena Hawkins (Clyde), Malinda Easley (Marshall) and Thomas Hager; his grandchildren, Bradley Hager (Ashley), Amber Hager, Ashley Easley, Cody Hawkins and Jacob Hager; his siblings, Shirley Sgro (John) and James Hager; and his sister-in-law Diane Hager.
