He is survived by: his father Edwin T.; his wife Theresa Hyde (Watkins); his children, Sabrina Lee of Freedom, Sarah Rios (Ricky) of Freedom, Samantha of Freedom, Michael Simpson of Freedom, Gampy, Isabella Lee and Kyleigh Marie; his mother Joan Hyde of Westerville; his mother-in-law Lenore Guzoski of Garfield Hts; his sister Deborah Levy (Rick) of Lewis Center; and his pet Blitzen.
