We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2021, at the age of 40, Tiffany L. (MacChiarola) Wolf (Ravenna, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Earl, Dorothy Farnsworth, Nikolas and Ruth Macchiarola. She is survived by: her parents, David Macchiarola and Linda Macchiarola (Farnsworth); her husband Jonathan Wolf; her sons, Brandon and Ryan Wolf; and her sisters, Sherry and Kristin.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Daniel J. Marino Cancer Fund through the Kent Fire and Police departments.
