Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Valerie Ann Kotlar of Ravenna, Ohio, born in Mount Clemens, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 64, on July 29, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Stephens and Billie Stephens; and her brother Darrell Stephens. She is survived by: her brother Dwight Stephens; her husband John Jr.; her sons, Joshua Kotlar (Sarah) and Derric Kotlar (Lauren); her grandchildren, Corina and Damien; and her daughter Jenni Sproul (Lucas).
