He is survived by: his wife Betty "Jackie" Michael (Bolen); his children, Bridgette Michael, Deidra Binegar, Tim Michael and Tawnya Michael; his grandchildren, Keith Johnson (Melissa), Crystal Jolley (Josh), Brian Binegar (Jamie), Samantha Binegar, Brittny Miller, Nathan Michael and Savannah Brady (Zack); his great grandchildren, Jackson, Ava, Trinity, Cole, Gattlin, Gabe, Alessa and Oliva; and his sister Doris Hershberger. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
