He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Foster and Billie Foster; his siblings, Ralph, Jack Foster and Alice Ahmed; and his niece Ami Phinney.

He is survived by: his children, Katie Martin (Steve) and Jason Graves (Kerry); and his siblings, Gary Foster, Reginald Foster (Dana), Dorothy Prats (Dan) and Renee Strandberg (Scott). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
