It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Foster McDougall (Rawson, Ohio), born in Latty, Ohio, who passed away on June 11, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore F. McDougall and Genevieve Opal McDougall (Kuhn); and his brothers, James and Floyd. He is survived by: his spouse Ghnelda McDougall (McKibben); his children, Ronald C. McDougall (Karen) of Rawson, Cathy L. Dehass (late Ken) of Clio, MI, Jo-Anna K. Cartwright (Stephen) of Pittsboro, NC, Rebecca A. Norton (William) of Ft. Wayne, IN and Roberta S. Stover of Bellefontaine, OH; and his siblings, Richard of Van Wert, Ralph of Leipsic, Donald of Delphos and Anna of Paulding. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
